The Drug Formulary contains a list of generic and brand name prescription medications. You can search the formulary alphabetically, by the category of use, or by a specific drug to find out if a particular drug is covered at the higher level by HealthPartners. The brand name and its generic name will be listed together. Although the drug may be included in the list, this does not guarantee that a particular drug will be covered under your current health contract.
