UCare Medicare Advantage Plans
You can enroll in a UCare Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan if you are entitled to Medicare Part A and enrolled in Medicare Part B and live in the service area. UCare offers a large portfolio of Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare Supplement plans throughout the state of MN. Minnesota available plans include: UCare for Seniors Value (HMO-POS), UCare for Seniors Essentials Rx (HMO-POS), UCare for Seniors Value Plus (HMO-POS), UCare for Seniors Classic (HMO-POS), UCare Choice Plus (PPO) and UCare Choice (PPO) plans. Many of UCare plans include dental, vision, OTC and health club benefits.
