2019 Minnesota Health Insurance Companies Proposed Health Insurance Rates

The Minnesota Department of Commerce recently released the proposed rate changes for 2019 for individual and family health insurance plans for people living in Minnesota and it looks like good news! Based on this article from the department of commerce it appears that all off the insurers on the exchange (MNsure) have filed rate decreases for 2019. These proposed rates are preliminary and are subject to rate review by the Commerce Department.
Here are the proposed rate changes from each carrier for 2019:
